How to apply for celpip test
A general English language competence test is the Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program (CELPIP). Several governments, professional organizations, colleges, universities, and employers have officially recognized the CELPIP Tests.
For permanent residency applications and professional designations, the CELPIP General Test is employed. For Canadian citizenship applications, the CELPIP General LS Test has been approved. Only Canadians can take the test.

Apply for CELPIP
If you want to apply for CELPIP go to the CELPIP official website. Here you will find a form, fill up this registration form and send it to the website 6 to 7 weeks before the test.
Please enclose a money order payable to Paragon Testing Enterprises Inc. with your registration form. Please register online at www.CELPIP.com if paying by credit card or PayPal.
All registrations must be performed directly through Paragon Testing Enterprises Inc. and cannot be conducted at CELPIP Test Centers. This form is only for Canadian registration. Please register for overseas tests at www.celpip.ca.
Things must be taken on test day
Valid Photo Identification is required.
You must bring the original, valid identification that you used to register for the test with you on test day, and you must produce it at check-in. you will not be allowed to take the exam if the identity document you bring with you on test day does not fulfill the following conditions, and you will not be able to transfer your test or receive a refund.
Test takers who fail to present acceptable identification at the time of check-in will be denied access to the test and will not be entitled to a refund or transfer.
We recommend that if you registered for the CELPIP Test with a passport booklet, you do not send it away for any reason (extensions or visa renewals) before your planned test day. If you are needed to send your passport booklet after you have completed the test or before you register for the test, please do so. You will be denied access to the test if you do not bring your passport booklet or the identification document that you enrolled with at the test sitting. There will be no refunds or transfers.
Email Confirmation Test
A test confirmation email will be sent to you once you’ve registered. Make sure you have a digital or printed copy of the email with you when you take the test.
Check-in
You must arrive 45 MINUTES EARLY for your examination. Latecomers will not be admitted to the exam and will not be eligible for a refund or a transfer.
Your test’s check-in window closes 15 minutes before the planned start time. You will not be admitted to the CELPIP Test if you come after this time, and you will not be entitled to a refund or transfer.
You must provide the original, valid ID you used to register for the test. You will not be allowed to take the test if you do not have acceptable identification.
During test
Other exam takers’ speaking or typing may be audible. The sound of other test takers giving their answers is a common occurrence in a testing environment.
A pen and notepaper will be provided to you, and you must return them at the end of the test.
After result
Any problems you have during your test should be reported to the test center staff right away. You must notify Paragon Testing if there was a technical issue that may have influenced your results. Within 4to 5 calendar days of your test date, your test results will be available online in your CELPIP account.
